I often hear haitians who says, they are going to or have been vacationing in the Dominican Republic, they are either ignorant or have no clue to how our haitian brothers and sisters are treated or abused over there.

This is one place I would never set foot in. Not out of fear, but in protest of the ill-treatment of Haitians there.

So often you hear about stories like this coming from there, and yet Haitians still travel or live there.

I only hope that someday Haiti can sustain itself so that our people can return home from the so-called Dominican Republic.
