there are several answers given by medical people dealing with this situation, involving long medical names which are Greek to me, but the bottom line to my understanding is that:
• the Cholera treatment involves a complicated mixture of rehydration and salts;
• the authorities have been using el cheapo translations of the correct mixture of salts in the water for Cholera treatment, distributing instructions nationwide, which are wrong;
• there are illnesses people can get if in the rehydration, they have wrong amount of salt sodium into their system;
• some of those illnesses same symptoms as Polio.
