I second your opinion to say that Mr. St, Preux is a true libertarian who let people say whatever they want to say within the context of free speech without sanctioned them or barred them from sites because he does not like what their ideology.

Mr. St. Preux truly understands community speech and individualism.

He is a far cry and better suited to manage web sites than other sites that I have seen. (including Preval Blog, and Haiti truth.

org.) They are a joke, and only the familiar few spoke on those blogs.
