A new Boulevard From Cite Soleil To Carrefour

The suggestion that the debris from the earthquake could expand Port-au-Prince's waterfront and use it to make a promenade and a Grand Rue call "Rue du Quai" is the most logical way to dispose of all the debris quickly.

This is a great opportunity to do something positive out of chaos.

The road could run from Cite soleil to Carrefour.
