The Haitian Government speaks of an economic plan different from the International Community: the free market (Globalization).

Haiti is developing a certain concept of common good, which is already in progress.

However, the Country already starts to absorb this unanimous affectivity, which is the fate of oppressed-spectator, while our life socio-policy remains unstable.

The antagonistic ideologies persist, and political party multiplies by 10 are divided and embitter, madden in their divisions.

It is our goal to ascertain a new concept, philosophy, ideology could answer.

Therefore, we will overcome increasing contradiction between our real life and that which one imposes upon us by the International Community or by anybody interposed.
