I am looking for two mature Christian gentlemen, or a small family (2 adults/1 child) to rent two bedrooms with one full bathroom in my one level private 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms' home. It is in a nice gated community in Southeast Orlando, and the zip code is 32824.

You will be close to all the main roads, and major attractions in the area. The house is on Towncenter Boulevard near 417, Osceola Parkway, Florida Turnpike, Orange Avenue, John Young Parkway, and Orange Blossom Trail.

You will be 20 minutes to Disney, Universal, Seaworld, I-drive, Airport, downtown Orlando, Florida Mall, The Loop, and the Millenia Mall. The monthly rent is $300 per room, and it includes utilities (cable, internet, ac, heat, usage of kitchen, and parking for one car per person).

The security deposit is also $300, and will cover your last month rent with or without notice.

I will appreciate a 90 days notice prior to you moving out, so I can find a roommate (s).

My ideal roommate will be mature Christians who are conscientious, respectful, serious, responsible, discipline, and have strong morale values.

I am looking for GOD fearing individuals who love JESUS CHRIST, and have a morale compass.

I will need from you references, employment verifications, valid identifications, and will conduct background checks (statewide/nationwide) plus searches of sex offenders data base or registry.
