Here is how it works, it is basically a joint venture under which Coke will buy 100% of Haitian mango production for the next three years in conjunction with the launch of the Odwalla Mango beverage.

If it become a success, who knows what long term relationship will come out of it.

THE FACT A DEAL WAS MADE FOR COCA COLA TO GET XCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO HAITI'S ENTIRE MANGO CROP IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. HAITIAN MANGO FARMERS CAN DO FAR GREATER BUSINESS THROUGHOUT THE GLOBE.

MANGO WAS ONE OF HAITI BIGGEST EXPORTS.

CANT TRUST THIS. ALSO AT WHAT WAGES WILL THIS SO CALLED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY BE SET. HARD TO THINK IT WOULD FAVOR LOCAL FARMERS AND FAIR MARKET VALUE
