I understand your fustrations.

After taking time to read your article this morning I felt relieved that someone had finally spoken up about the bad phone business in Haiti.

You are absolutely right about everything you mentioned in your article.

Trust me I understand, I'm hoping that TELECO IS READING THIS ARTICLE RIGHT NOW OR ANY OTHER BUSINESSES FOR THAT MATTER.

If they didn't get it before, they should get it now, unless they really don't care at all.
