So the current cell phone companies in Haiti don't use the existing TELCO as their switching HUB to the rest of the world?

If that is the case, our country is really in bad shape.

The goverment is really concerning about their pocket not the people.

Part of their contract with those companies should tie in an upgrade for TELCO.
