Hello Konfrere, very smart, viable yes, inclusive not sure. Because the 52 years Neoliberalism is a one way business for any product(rice, beans, plantains, chicken etc.).

May be I miss something, There are 450 acres waiting for someone to farm for the past 20 years outside my town, need only water.

Same thing in Haiti everywhere.

That what suppose to be done, I think.
