Iam so shocked, This is to sad to even watch.

I hate people like him who just take advantages of innocent and weak. That Dominican man is a cold hearted monster to cut off the only two arms that someone will ever have in a life time. That poor young man I wonder if he is still alive My heart and prayers goes out to that young man. In the face of Death there are no Rich no poor no color everyhuman being is going to die and go under that soil. So He cuts that young men arms for no reason I hope he knows that he does not have a place on this ever forever that son of the devil.

This is specially for the government official in Haiti, look do you guys see what all of your corruption has come to so many people in Haiti are suffering are dying are being treated like animals.

They do that to them because those politicians never do their work they come and take money for themselves not to invest in the country.

Now the country can not feed its children they have to go to cruel places like Dominican Republic to ask for food now they chopping them like animals.

All of those former Haitian Politician that come to watch this you guys really see how you destroying peoples lives.

I hope something can be done about this suffering its time for Haitian people to stop suffering like this. Anyone that can make sure that the president of Haiti get this Video to keep these Haitian away fromt the Dominican Republic should give it to the Haitian Media.

This is heart breaking I hope this young man is still alive.
