This Video may be horrific, but the act is nothing but heinous, another demonstration of a sanguinary barbarian act; perhaps, the Haitian government is insouciant enough, tolerating these kinds of odious crimes against their people.

Do you think the American government would ever condone such wickedness against Americans?

I doubt they would, possibly because they have no such flagitious disregard of decency for their own.

Those poor Haitians are treated as if they were nothing but slaves by the Dominicans...This is not the first time that happens; it happened several times before, and it will keep on happening until something is done about it.
