The situation of the Haitians in republic Dominican was always precarious.

But, as for this act, villainous and obnoxious committed on this Haitian in front of a camera, shows clearly the insignificance of the Haitian government.

All this arrive because our politicians are not men. Since how long that the situation of the Haitian nationals in st-domingue is like that?

And nothing was being done until now on diplomatically for the respect of the Haitians in the Dominican ground.

What offend for us as Haitians to see one of our brothers humiliated, mistreated, mutilated and dehumanized by a savage, a Dominican barbarian like that?

I believe that this message says clearly to the Haitian authorities that they are nothing and they are not capable of taking defence of their people.

The moment has come to see whether the Haitian people has politicians who represent them or not. Let s come together in order to bring this savage act before the international community for justice.

It is time to cry out for justice for the Haitian people has enough under this Dominican barbarian people! JUSTICE!!!!
