After viewing this video, I was so disturbed by its graphic nature that I spend most of the night trying to put the subject in perspective.

I wept and I tosssed and turn throughout the early morning hours and the images refused to exit my mind. How could anyone be so cruel to another human being?

The question is: What will it take for Haitian people to retake charge of their lives and their destiny?

So similar incidents, like this atrocity, will not be repeated.

Also, after sharing this video with fellow employees of MINUSTAH, it was brought to my attention that we've only seen the "tip of the iceberg".

There are far more worst, criminal incidents, that occur on a daily basis in Dominican Slave Plantations between "helpless" Haitians and their Dominican "slave masters".

Who should we hold responsible?
