This project is a soft invasion and take over of Haiti's biggest island.

The developers want a 99 year lease of the Island and they want to have their own security instead of the Haitian National Police.

Basically there is alot of oil, uranium, and other natural resources in lagonave and the developers are forcing haiti's elected officials to sign off on the contracts but the people of haiti refuse the ridiculous project.

This would be a free pass to exploit haiti once again.
