More and more pica pollo are appearing in Haiti now. Businesses called pica pollo are changing the way fried chicken in sold in Haiti.

It seems Haitians are copying the Chinese style way Dominicans sell their fried chicken.

What is pica pollo in Haiti or DR?

Pica pollo is breaded fried chicken.

The inside is moist and outside if crispy.
