Where were they when we were trapped there?

Oh yeah, the marines are only for American assets, which apparently her citizens aren't.

This time I hope the marines & the US govt does not take from Haiti on the pretense of keeping things "safe" & then conveniently forget to return what we took.

Haiti has been taken advantage of by every tom, dick & harry nation out there.
