They should do something with all islets who are unoccupied like the Cayemites, Latortue, La Navaze, Mole St Nicholas, Ile a Vache.

Some of them should be Mrine base, Navy base, Air Force Base with Military training and Medical training and Pharmaceutical and comestic laboratories.

They should create laboratories jobs in these islets and train military in this little islands.

These roads are less traveled and forgotten.

They should build aviation training in this little island for the Haitian people to learn to drive helicopter, boats, airplane etc.
