En résumé, c'est un bon projet, capable de créer quelques milliers d'emplois et de gros revenus à l'Etat Haitien .Cependant, Conseil(s) gratis ti chéri à l'Etat Haitien soit au MEF :Revisez le texte de votre Décret ...tel qu'il est, c'est un GALIMACHA ...cà pue le TCHOLOLO ...Mais compliments pour cette initiative intelligente .Ce sont de telles initiatives qui devraient permettre au pays de Dessalines et de Pétion de sortir de cet état de misère et de sous développement
