CARICOM LEADERS WHERE ARE YOU
The people of Haiti, the small traders on the border need you to provide them with the products to maintain their lives.

It's only a few thousand traders.

A few planeloads of goods from Jamaica or Trinidad will signal your resolve, And DRec rich people will not be able to coerce Haitians into violence in their own country.

The Haitian Government and the rest of the Haitian people need you to come up with a big plan to help them break the stranglehold of their bullying neighbour.

It can be done, but only if you really want to help.
