Dogicel should be ashamed of them self for causing 50% of poverty in haiti.

A country were they are not enough food to eat, no jobs. But yet every one has 2 phones.

Can digicel offer a monthly plan?

The real crook is digicel not the poor people counting on a transfer from abroad to put food on the table.
