Can a Latino Cook without Adobo?

The Maggi does not do much damage, because of the fruits and vegetables in Haiti.

We ate fresh food in Haiti, and it did not affect us. We are now living overseas, and the food is dead. We do not eat fresh fruits, and vegetables.

We might get sick now, and I use ADOBO low sodium now and rarely.

We also walked, and drank teas. I ate mangoes, and avocados almost daily.

My mom cooked a different kind of beans each day, and we ate our main meals in the middle of the day. I walked everywhere, and was very active.

I now eat late at night, and don't walk for miles.
