Haitian police and politicians want to take credit for this capture, and even gave statements to the foreign press, and reputable news agency AP, that they were the ones who captured fugitives.

At no time did they mentioned the Dominican Army. They said the detainees were captured in Haiti while riding in a car.

The Haitian police and the administration of Michel Martelly are full of liars, and if they were willing to lie about the nature of this capture, then Haitian citizens should wonder what else they are willing to lie about.
