I think it's a good idea to do that, because the the U.S Ambassy made all Haitian tourism, going to the States pays lots more than that 10 usd. We have to pay 160 usd for the interview, even the give you a refusal, you lost the money, and then if qualify for the tourism visa type b1 or b2, you still to pay an other 10 usd. For those who has the permanent residence, they 100 something usd or more for the green card, so what's the problem that for the foreign people to 10 usd to get in this poor country which mean nothing compared to what we paid.
