No one has to a philosophical genius to see that the problem in haiti is not simple.

It is simple as it is any where else. First of all if the government decides to fix it, he can because there is enough man power.

don't let yourself down so low my good friend.

If you look even ancient civilisations such as well known Rome, Greece etc did they have any big machines, no.
Haitians have always think that a white man will come and fix things for them.
Having a bunch useless members running around causing trouble for you and for me, why don't the government arrest them and make them pay with government labor.

You have roads, water, vegetation, buildings etc. when we were slaves, they were done or they would be done. Why don't we use that same strenth for the good use of our country.

Education, Don't you think that the whole population can become one of the world's usefull individuals?

Don't think low my friend God gave us all the same brain and free will. Haitian choose to use it in a negative way. All they need is someone who will put them back on track.

Education is not just learning how to speak French but having skills.

Education is not just learning how to write French but learning how to resolve problems by interacting with others.

Role model is not one calling himself King (king my foot) or one who will teach childen how to curse but one who is humble and wise.
My good friend, how did the africans build the piramid?

How did the Italians build the leaning tower,
If you go to Europe, how did the build all these beautiful buildings?

How did the Romans build the aqueduct
If you sturdied Indian and Islam History how did the Indians build all these inticated buildings?

President Kennedy decided that America should make to the moon, didn't they?

The British decided to join with Europe, didn't they?

If you look at all the possibilities, You'll say wow we can be anything only if we want.
