Look this is what we call in French "a machination" orchestrée par des nationalistes de pacotille en RD qui veulent exacerber les passions des deux côtés de la frontière pour trouver un prétexte afin de justifier d'éventuelles représailles contre les ressortissants haïtiens ou supposés tels en R.D.
