I strongly believe that those guys should remain in the US specially if they came here as a pre-teen.

Anything above that I don't have much of a problem with it (13 and up).

They leaned or adopted that violent behavior here, therefore, they should be dealt with and kept here because the Haitian society did not make them the person that they are. Those are the ones who are tearing Haiti apart currently.

You would have a better chance of survive dealing with these guys here than in Haiti.

Once they reach the country and figure that the country has nearly nothing to offer them, their criminal behahior changes drasticly and turn into hardcore criminals.

For most of them the only thing in their criminal minds is money and they will do everything and anything to get it. I know guys from up to New Jersey down to Florida who had got deported and some of them had stated what they were going to do if they ever get deported and it was not about going to school or will try to get a job. I personally thing they should be kept here and just like any other US born criminal.
