I don't know for now,

but before President Martelly, they told me in Haiti when somebody send BMW, 4X4 ETC. The senators, deputies etc go in the customs services to negociate the price with the director on your cars or your trucks without your presence.

Whoever want it, they tax you heavy money to make you discourage, because they already sold it, they just want you to say you giveup.

I don't think he it is like that until now. They diasporas suffer, they make our famillies suffer, they have to pay for that. Imagine, they sold rice and beans inside the customs services, where they found it?
