When you say reality what exactly to you mean...?

For years Haiti's reality has been distorted and misconstrued by many...

If noone is willing to state the facts and stop hiding behind the factors that are hindering that country's growth we cannot talk about reality...

The reality of it all is ...The Haitian people are miseducated, adequate and proper healthcare is not readily accessible, employment is nearly nonexistent, exploitation, political strife, hunger, poverty...yes that is the reality of Haiti and its people...As for culture yes Haiti is influenced by western culture because in the minds of the youth they aspire to be all these "great " things one day...the media promises them that "ideal " life in which is lacking in their own country...However I will not dismiss the fact that Haiti has a culture of its own ...

Culture constitute human behavior, language, thoughts, beliefs, traditions, social forms and etc. Does Haiti lack any of the above mentioned?

Personal perception as well as group perceptions can coexist in a culture as a whole...
