What I want to say is our problem is from our begining of the republic as we went through slavery which was included chains and harsh punishments it has become a taboo for a black government to use certain punishments...

from Papa Doc, Haiti became a backward place where law doen't mean anything because those who should
enforce the law, have abused it.
If we don't do something drastic and prompt we will be eraced from history.

Haiti is very easy to fix up, all we need is some basic laws to start with. Law that will protect each and every Haitian in and out side of Haiti.

laws that will protect even an ant. because if one respect one tiny creature, he wil respect me and you.
to start all Haitian need a national security number.

Without that number, one can't function
inside the country.

With our situation, even to buy a piece of bread the store should write down the number in an unalterable book. With such number, every thing will be documented.

perfect example after a meal someone dies or end up in a hospital, the government can always trace where that person bought that bread.

with the number, the government can always tax
business owners properly.

all of us in the diaspora will pay about $20 to
to obtain the card. A visitor will get one at the airport indicate that he or she is a visitor for such and such period of time.
Everyone in side haiti will be forced to carry it
at all time. If one is found without it, he or she
will be jailed and fined.

if one is found without it and armed, that person will be taken to jail then force labor.

With such a simple organised law, everyone will be safe and everything will be on paper moreover lawyers and judges will have jobs.

Forced labor or chain -gang: the country is ran down and in order to rebuild it, we will have to use criminals and right now we have plenty of them runing in the streets freely.

The for police, judges and other government workers found bribing or violating the law in any way his punishment should be harsher.

This is the only way we can fight corruption.

those who do sanitation should be well paid
in order to make them apreciate their jobs.
nurses and teachers should be well trained, respected and protected.
