Haiti is the only country I know where poor people live by the beach, a real source of income through tourism.

And the only reason is a simple one: Nobody to think strategically about using to the fullest our natural resources.

The beaches are dirty not well kept, the waterfalls, the sites, the monuments, the bay areas are all left abandoned.

Begging is easier.
