"Do you think Haitians in Haiti should learn English in school from grade school to high school...?"
Before I give my opinion, I would like to say the question was too bias and inappropriate.

First of all, English like any other foreign language should be in the curriculum of the "Ministere de l'Education Nationale" for Haitian students to choose from. It should not be imposed.

Also, I would like to know who are going to teach English from that early age such as the maternelle?

That's why the question is inappropriate.

Education is a science and it means a lot in term of knowing what to do exactly...

When I was in high school in Haiti, I took English and wanted to learn it. However, I was a frustrated student because the teachers who were teaching it were very bad and made me hated it until I came to the US and went to a Community College to learn it well.
Finally, I would like to know for what reason the Haitian student will need to learn English from the "maternelle"?

We do not even master perfectly the French after 200 years as a nation, we started few years ago to write correctly in Creole, and now we are thinking about introducing English from the "maternelle" in our education system.

Que ce sera une catastrophe! The Haitian student will have to struggle with three languages among other problems of his or her everyday's life...

Anything we do should have a significant impact on our tomorrow's life and better our community.

Is teaching English from the "maternelle' to high school will do it?

I doubt it.
Once again, I think the question was not too scholastic, did not take in consideration the different aspects of teaching as a science, and was too bias.
