Yes, I believe that we can. We may be a "Specialized" one, meaning that we could pick-up business for the anglophone from francophone countries.

The world is getting smaller, francophones are needed in translation and order taking.

Even simple order taking in French are needed too. Can Haiti find jobs on the electronic super highway?

I think so.
I don't think language is an issue as so much as electricity.

Haiti is also an island, we should use our ports and customs houses more to generate income.
