Que doit faire Haiti pour eviter d'avoir des migrants aux Bahamas?

A mon avis, les questions idoines (the genuine questions) à se poser sont, - en plus de se les poser uniquement en se demandant quoi en penser -, les suivantes:

1. Que doit faire Haïti pour éviter d'avoir des migrants aux Bahamas?

2. Comment agir et quoi faire pour réguler le flot des déportations des 40.000 illégaux qui vont être déportés?

Pas les 40.000 d'un seul coup?

3. Quelles dispositions doit mettre en place Haïti pour de bonnes formalités d'accueil et de prise en charge des déportés à leur arrivée en Haïti et durant les trois (3) premiers mois de leur retour dans la presqu'île?

Leur survie daurant leur réinstallation?

4. Quelles dispositions pro-actives Haïti a-t-il suggéré à l'OMI, aux Institutions Internationales, aux institutions d'aides bilatérales, aux ONGs internationales, ...

pour ces finalités?

5. DIVERS (par souci d'exhaustivité)
