Respect or glory?

I don't know exactly what they mean by getting no respect at home. But I do know that some successful Haitians walk around like they are better than anyone else and expect to be put on some sort of a pedestal and feel offended when they are not. I think that these people should focus on being grateful for their accomplishment and be willing to use their gifts and talents to serve others instead of waiting to be served.
