Our organization, Haiti Plunge Inc. has built and supports five schools in the nine mountain villages we serve.

The government does not invest in education.

I believe they like the status quo so that a select few can remain in power.

Educating the population will challenge the present system.

I've been in Haiti 34 years and have educated youth through university.

We need them to remain in Haiti and provide the inspiration and leadership that politicians do not because they are too interested in lining their pockets.

Sad that they have learned that from the USA.
