This initiative is to be applauded and replicated through-out the country.

Although, I think there is a lack of communication/transparency on the part of the presidents team to draw up an inventory or status report from the very outset of where we were; clearly stated objectives/goals to be achieved and met; at what co$t, etc. Indeed, this would show the seriousness the project and the respect for Pres. Dumarsais Estimé's legacy.
