Aux États-Unis, un chien n'est qu'un animal de compagnie.

En Haïti, un chien est plus que cela. Un chien est votre gardien de sécurité pour votre arrière-cour, WOOOFFFF ...

Un homme dominicain m'a dit une fois, avoir un chien dans l'arrière-cour est votre meilleure sécurité à la maison lorsque vous habitez dans un pays du tiers monde comme Haïti et la République dominicaine.

Soyons sérieux, il n'y a pas de système de sécurité ADT en Haiti et la plupart des gens (Pep La) qui vivent dans le pays n'ont pas de garde de sécurité qui nous surveille pendant que nous dormons.

Donc, à moins que vous n'ayez un chien de garde pour aboyer quand un étranger entre dans la cour arrière, que pouvez-vous faire d'autre?
