Haitians have to be VIGILENT, continue to speak up whenever they see someone suspicious, or see somethings that doesn't sit right with them. Now whoever is in charge of the case should look for prosecution of the responsible stop the extent of the LAW. If our forefathers didn't act or speak, we wouldn't be independent today.
