I do not think that the government of Haiti should have been allowed to organize the XII Edition of Carifesta 2015, although Haiti is in dire needs of such international venues to express its arts.

Due to the indifference going on over the inhumane treatments accepted from mobs from DR next door, president Martelly along with his Minister of Tourism do not really demonstrated that they are against the hardworking Haitians folks that are currently fleeing vandalism, verbal murder threats from the paid ignorant domonican mobs ...

It's outrageous that President Martelly took side for the right wing ultranationalists Dominican who paid a military man alongside with two police officers to hang n already dead fellow last February 11th on a public Parc, Elias Pepin in Santiago de los Caballeros, Santiago RD ...Allowing such event to been realized in Haiti is a SLAP in the face of ALL who have to stand against OSTRACISM in 2015 ...
