I believe if we had a government that really cares about their own population, this facts would never happen, because Haitian Government and the elite that live in this country only care about their own belonging, nothing but they own. With a mind set of taking everything that the country have and spent it elsewhere including Dominican republic.

If you looking back history, that country belong to Haiti.

The land is part of Haiti's land.
You have to realize that Whatever is my saying or anyone else will not solved anything at all because the Haitian government will not do anything to support they people, their only out to make themselves more healthier then save this embarrassment from the Dominican by facing them regarding this horrible facts.
