Does it take the Haitian people to compel the government to demand answers from the Dominican Government.

By the time murders had started, the Haitian Government should have been on the ball and insist that an investigation be made on behalf of the Haitian victims.

After all, the onus is on the Dominican Government to investigate the matter and give a full report of what transpire and and arrest of the criminals.
