This is a system of evaluation that needs to be supported.

However, like any system, it needs to be reviewed, assess, reevaluated in order to have the desired outcome.

One more time, I take my hat off for those people that are trying to move things in Haiti, against terrible odds, and under tremendous difficulties.

Especially, those in the opposition, the opposition leaders, which the government does not allow, nor leave anyroom for contructive criticism nor participation in the affairs of this nation.
