Rose Simeon - May 26 2014, 1:37 PM

In 2011, I traveled to Haiti for my grand mother funeral.

My friends send me money and when I when to pick it up they told me they don't have 50 cent, they gonna keep it for next transfer.

I had many dollars and quarters in my purse, so I tell the lady I'm gonna give you $1.50, give me my $200

Oooo she refused she says no. I said how come you want to take my 50 cent when I have change you don't want my $1.50.

She want to fight with me and let me know that's the policy.

I said policy to steal people 50 cent but you dont want to loose 50 cent for them.

It was 3 transfers.

the first one I took $100 and leave 1.50 for her. she already prepared the other transfers.

I left them and go she said she's gonna take the money on them anyway.

I went they gonna give me less I said I'm gonna call US to take the money back.

Manman volèz dwèt long.

Since that I never send money without putting 1.50
