Haiti - Health: Too much sugar decreases ability for an individual to learn

I love sugar, I just discovered that too much sugar can destroy your brain and kill your intellect ...

Haitians love to drink sugary drinks, you think they all know that?

When a person eats sugar for a long time he can develop a wide range neurological problems (affecting the nerves in the body) such as: depression, schizophrenia, agitation, anxiety, panic attacks and increase the chance for a person to kill himself.

Too much sugar also reduce a person's ability to learn, that is why it is recommended to limit sugary products especially those that are very fructose (sugar found in plants).
