Approximately 500,000 "adventurous fools" from Haiti live in the Dominican Republic and they live side by side with Dominicans.

Ask CARICOM members to take in that amount of Haitian immigrants and let us know their response.

And while you are at it, ask why all CARICOM citizens move freely between member nations without a visa, with the exception of Haitians.

Haitians are the only CARICOM members that need a visa to travel to other CARICOM countries.
