Good idea but what will they be doing with this long list?

will it be stored in both countries?

Would other countries have access to it?

If so for what purpose(s)?

How will both countries plan to objectifying the list?

Will there be a cost?

If so which country will absorb it?

Who will be in charge of its administration?

The price of sugar is very expensive now. Why can't Haiti corner that market?

Why give DR already trained people in sugar production?

I believe Haiti should grab the opportunity to produce its own sugar on a grand scale.
