There is nothing new about this. In other islands in the Caribbean, prisoners are allowed to participate in talks shows on several radio stations.

In some other islands, the prison itself has a yearly caroline shows which they dub talent behind the walls.

In these shows, popular musical bands provide background accompaniment for the prisoners.

The general public is invited to be part of the audience at the prison.
