C'est un nonsens absolu.

Peut etre une survivance de la politique des annees trente (reppelons nous les vepres dominicaines en 1937).

Toutefois nous avons notre part de responsabilite.

Ces dominicains d'origine Haitienne ne seraient pas dans cette situation si nos responsables avaient eu le soucis d'assurer a TOUS LES CITOYENS les l'opportunite et les moyens de vivre decemment dans leur pays.
