Well, considering that criminals had it WAY too easy to open up bank accounts, get LEGAL gun licences and rent cars with easily counterfeited ids(or for the right price no ids), there was no way for police investigators to solve many crimes here...

Money laundering often leads police to other crimes ie;drug dealing, prostitution, fraud...

It shows me criminals are about to get a really hard time in the country.

It was necessary in a country where identity and residence can difficulty be POSITIVELY confirmed, and there's no real identification database of citizens.

Things will be normalized in Haiti.

Good move to continue creating more peace and stability.

We already feel it slowly installing...
